PMA Fence Builders LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website to provide fence installation estimates and services across the Raleigh-Durham Triangle in North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you fill out an estimate request form or claim a coupon on this site, we collect the information you enter:

• Your name
• Your email address and phone number
• The property address, city, and ZIP code for your project (optional)
• Any project details you choose to share (optional)

We use this information to prepare your estimate, to contact you about your fencing project, and, if you request a coupon, to email you that coupon and its terms and to honor it when you book with us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical information when you visit:

• Your IP address and browser type
• The pages you view on this site and the website or ad that referred you
• An approximate location (city, state, country) derived from your IP address
• Advertising parameters in the web address, such as Google click identifiers and campaign tags, when you arrive from an ad

This helps us understand which of our marketing efforts are working and detect abuse of our forms.

Text messages and calls

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask for help by replying HELP. Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from contacting you by phone or email about an estimate you requested.

We use cookies and similar technologies to measure how this site performs and how well our advertising works. These include:

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — aggregate traffic and site-usage measurement.
• Google Ads — conversion tracking (so we know which ads produce estimate requests and calls) and remarketing.
• Call and form tracking — a first-party script that attributes phone calls and form submissions to the marketing source that produced them. The phone number shown on this site may be a tracking number that forwards to our office.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google’s advertising cookies through Google Ads Settings. Most browsers also offer a “Do Not Track” signal; because there is no common industry standard for honoring it, this site does not respond to those signals.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to run this site, and they process data only to provide those services to us:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, security, spam protection for our forms, and the database where estimate and coupon requests are stored.
• Resend — delivery of our email notifications and of the coupon email you request.
• Fence Marketing — our marketing agency, which operates this site and the call and form tracking on our behalf.
• Google — analytics, advertising measurement, and the embedded service-area map.
• Elfsight — the widget that displays our customer reviews.
• Open-Meteo — the local weather forecast shown on our pages.

Embedded content from these providers (such as the map and reviews widget) may collect data under their own privacy policies. Financing offered through Acorn Finance is handled on Acorn’s own website under its own privacy policy; we do not receive your financial application details.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, and when we are required to by law or need to protect our legal rights.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate and coupon requests for as long as needed to serve you and maintain our business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, and you can ask to stop receiving marketing communications. To make a request, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults arranging fencing services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date at the top of this page.
